The FCD course is a 120-hour program that covers various topics related to career development, including career counseling, assessment, job search strategies, and diversity and inclusion.

The course is usually offered online or in-person and requires passing a final exam.

Farkad /Mahli offers the NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) training course for career and advising center professionals working in Schools, colleges and universities.

Successful completion of the FCD training leads to earning the internationally recognized Global Career Development Facilitator and NCDA,s Certified Career Service Provider (CCSP) Credentials.
